Michael Ehrler is the owner of The Growth Coach®, a business coaching firm located in Southwest Ohio, principally serving Dayton, Springboro, Beavercreek, Centerville, Hamilton, Fairfield and Troy. His clients are business owners, organizational leaders, and managers who want to grow and develop their business, create systems and processes for long-term success. Through the Growth Coach® process, Michael helps very busy business owners and entrepreneurs to slow down, reflect, and map out critical changes they need to make to improve their businesses and lives. By helping his clients to enhance their strategic mindset, focus and actions, they achieve greater success and balance in their lives. Michael's coaching process provides personal management and business management and leadership strategies – a balanced solution to help clients work less, earn more, and enjoy richer lives. Michael’s passion for business leader coaching stems from a 20-year career of coaching and mentoring business men and women within large and small organizations. Michael spent 15 years in the telecommunications industry with Cincinnati Bell and AT&T holding positions in Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Public Relations, Advertising, and Promotions. For two years with Fifth Third Bank, Michael led Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Sales Management. For five years, Michael also served as a Graduate Assistant for the Dale Carnegie Human Relations and Public Speaking Course. | Education

| Jeff Long, Coach Background Jeff Long was raised in Woody Creek, Colorado on a cattle ranch. Following high school, Jeff attended and graduated from The University of Virginia, B.A. Degree in Liberal Arts (psychology & sociology). After graduating from college, Jeff served on active duty in the U.S. Navy aboard ship, and at the end of his service was honorably discharged as a Lieutenant Commander. Since serving his country in the military, Jeff has enjoyed a diverse and ever-challenging professional career as a business manager, organizational leader and business owner: Commercial Lending Officer for Wachovia Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina (5 years) Vice President and General Manager of an asphalt roofing manufacturing company, Franklin, Ohio (5 years) Commercial Lending and International Finance Officer for the Central Trust Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio (5-years). President and Treasurer of a printing distributing business he started in Newport, Kentucky (1981) Chairman and Treasurer of a business forms manufacturing company, he started in conjunction with the printing business, also located in Newport, Kentucky (1984) Acquired a printing manufacturer competitor in Richmond, Virginia (1990), and doubled operations serving the East Coast and Midwest Acquired a software business forms business in Blue Ash, Ohio (1998) Sold all three businesses (2002), but was re-hired by the new owner to serve the manufacturing entity as consultant and their Marketing Director.
Affiliations Jeff has been very active in and served in leadership roles for both civic and business organizations: Board of Directors and Riding Coach for The Cincinnati Therapeutic Riding Center in Cincinnati. Past President, Board of Directors of the National Printing Association of North America (DMIA). Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Cincinnati Relationship Center. Past Chairman of the Cincinnati Institute of Small Enterprise. Past Chairman of the Board Development Committee of Lighthouse Youth Services. Past President of the Fasching Haus Condominium Association in Aspen, Colorado. Member of The Cincinnati Rotary Club, The Camargo Club, The University Club, The Metropolitan Club, and The Belfair Club in Beaufort, South Carolina. Inducted as a Member of The Black Leaf Honor Society, a nationally recognized printing manufacturing social order.
Contact Information | Pierre Wevers, Coach Background Pierre has thirty-two years of retail experience. He worked for Auchan (a French retail company) for 12 years, advancing from the position of Group Manager to Department Manager to Store Manager. Pierre was recruited by bigg’s in 1986 and filled the following positions: General Manager, EVP/COO, President and CEO. He led and grew a retail company to a multi-million dollar, 13-store regional grocery chain with more than 2,000 employees. Pierre has degrees in Finance and Accounting and is part-owner of a small business. Pierre's focus is to help business owners make more money, work more effectively, and get more out of their business and personal lives. Pierre has a passion for coaching that he has successfully demonstrated during his career, and considers himself an entrepreneur. Affiliations Pierre has established himself as a community leader as well as a business leader. He is a Junior Achievement Board Member and has chaired Major gifts campaigns. Pierre is the Founder and a Board Member of Art Links. Art Links brings the Arts to inner-city schools and enriches children’s lives. He is also the Founder and a Board Member of the Cincinnati Art and Technology Center (CATC). CATC is an Art School designed for inner-city children at risk. Certifications and Awards Pierre has received the following awards: “Distinguished Friend of Family” award from Family Services in 1999, Art Links Service Award in 2001, and former Mayor Charlie Luken declared a “Pierre Wevers Day” in Cincinnati in 2001.
